2022 PINOT NOIR

2022 Mo Chuisle Estate Reserve Pinot Noir
James Suckling – Stuart Pigott

How is this possible in a region that’s renowned for completely different grape varieties? Enormously concentrated and no less refined, this effortlessly defies all the rules. It’s hard to find words that adequately convey the beauty of this dense yet filigreed wine. Generous aromas of cherries, blood oranges and summer flowers. Extremely long finish. Limited production. Sustainable.

2022 Mo Chuisle Estate Reserve Pinot Noir
Decanter – Clive Pursehouse & Maiah Johnson Dunn

The 2022 Mo Chuisle offers notes of toasted spice, vanilla, and dried rose aromatics, giving way to black plums, dark cherries, and blackberry preserves on the palate. 14 months aging in neutral French oak imparts supple, well-integrated tannins that are balanced by moderate acidity.

An incredible entry-level pinot noir with excellent depth of fine tannins on the velvety, medium-bodied palate. I love the blood orange freshness that lights up this very expressive wine on the concentrated palate. Limited production.
