Purchasing Wines:
Wines may be sold and delivered only to a person who is 21 years or older. By placing an order, you represent that you (1) you are 21 years or older and (2) the person whom the wine will be delivered to is 21 years or older.
Shipping Policies:
Where can you ship?

How soon will my order ship?
Orders will usually ship within 1 – 2 full business days of receipt, (weather dependent and excluding holidays. If you need it to ship on a specific day, please mention this in your order notes, and we will do our best to accommodate your request).
What carrier do you use, and what service?
We use UPS and ship via ground. If you need a rush order, please call us at 315-889-8500, and we will check options and pricing for expedited shipping. Our specials only apply to ground shipping.
Can you ship when the weather is too hot or too cold?
We do not ship wine during extreme heat or cold events. The “first mile” and “last mile” is often in a non-temperature controlled vehicle, and not all sorting centers are temperature controlled, so there is the potential for the wine to be damaged, even if shipping is expedited.
Ground shipping orders are usually placed on weather holds during the peak summer months (June – August) and for certain states during very cold months (January – February). Please contact us with any shipping questions.
Shipping Licensing and Communications:
We ship to several states using our own licenses. These orders will show up on your statements and via UPS as from Heart & Hands Wine Company. We use Vinoshipper to ship to other states. These orders will show up on your statements as from Heart & Hands, Vinoshipper and / or Zerolink.
Who can sign for my delivery?
Only someone 21 or older with ID can sign for your wine delivery. The carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to us. If you won’t be at home, we recommend that you use a work address or have your parcel held for pick-up at local UPS store.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If your wine is not successfully delivered and is returned back to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note that if your wine is returned to us, you will be charged the shipping cost required to re-send the package.
Returns:
If you have purchased a flawed (corked) wine from our tasting room or online stores, we will replace the flawed wine within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. We ask that you return the flawed wine in the original bottle to us so we can examine it. If you are not sure what a flawed wine is, please contact us with your observations.
Use of Informational Materials:
You may print downloadable information offered on our website provided the following conditions are met:
It is solely for private (not direct or indirect commercial) purposes
No copyright or other similar notice regarding our property rights is removed from the materials
Governing Law:
This Policy will be subject to the laws of the State of New York within the United States of America. We make no representation that this Policy and such practices comply with the laws of any other country. Visitors who reside outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable and consent to the transfer and use of their information outside your country.
Copyright, Trademarks and Intellectual Property:
The content of this site including but not limited to any trademarks, designs, logos, text, images, audio and video therein, is owned by us (Proprietary Material). Our content is protected under the laws of the United States and under international treaties- in particular copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of the information from the site may violate these laws. With the exception for limited license to download and print certain material for private, non-commercial purposes, you have no right to use, reproduce, display, or distribute the proprietary materials (including our trademarks and logos) without express written consent from Heart & Hands Wine Company.

The site is provided on an ‘As Is’ basis, except as expressly required by law, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of this site’s content or the content of any site linked to from the site. Changes are periodically made to the site including improvements and/or changes to products, services, or programs offered. We have no duty to update the site or content hereof and we shall not be liable for any failure to update such information. We do not warrant that the site or any software made available on the site is compatible with your computer or free of computer viruses. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure site access.

To the full extent of the law, Heart & Hands excludes all liability for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage) suffered by you as a result of any visit to or use of our site and any materials provided on it or downloaded from it, as well as your inability to use this site, any error in provision of this site, and any other defect that is transmitted through this site, whether such loss or damage arises from our negligence or otherwise, and even if we are expressly informed of the possibility of such loss or damage.
Drink Responsibly:
Excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol may have personal, social, or health consequences. As part of its commitment to responsible consumption, we ensure that all communications regarding our products do not encourage excessive consumption or misuse of any kind. We encourage these standards for the industry as a whole.

Our Terms & Conditions are subject to updates at any time. Should these updates occur, we will notify you of any material changes by changing the ‘As Of’ date listed at the beginning of the policy. By continuing to use the site, you accept those changes and all of their implications.
